Troutville, VA - Nobo 725

Today was a pleasant 22 miles, the first four of which Helen accompanied me. She then hiked back out making a total of 8 miles for herself. She hiked in those 4 miles to see McAfee knob one of the most photographed places on the Appalachian Trail.  This is a shot of Helen and me sitting on McAfee Knob:
